G2’s Best Software Awards are based entirely on customer reviews. That means this recognition reflects the words and experiences of people who are using Relate in real conversations that shape real outcomes. That matters deeply to me.
When we built Relate, we were responding to a very human challenge. We were living in a world where meetings have multiplied, the pace of work has increased, and yet the quality of connection and trust in conversations seems to have declined. Meetings should be more than just transactional. They should be an opportunity to build real relationships and real understanding.
Most tools measure what was said. They help with scheduling, summarizing, and action items. But they do not tell you how well you built trust or how your message landed. Relate was designed to go further. It was designed to help people become more trustworthy, more self-aware, and more effective in the moments that matter.
At the heart of Relate is the idea that trust is not abstract. It is behavioral. It shows up in how we listen, how we respond, how we explain ideas, and how we make others feel in a conversation.
