Baseline
Continuous engagement trends by team and department. Your current survey questions mapped to what Sandi measures.

Early warnings and coaching
A weekly digest of department themes to HR. Private coaching for every person, managers included. Check-ins at day 30 and day 60.

The readout

Pricing questions
Why a paid pilot and not a free trial?
Free trials get one team and no attention. A paid pilot gets an exec sponsor, real teams and a real answer in 90 days. And you get the money back as credit if it works.
Do we have to cancel our survey to run the pilot?
No. Most pilots run beside the survey so you can compare. The readout tells you what to cut.
What does Sandi capture, and what doesn't it?
Sandi analyzes the parts of the Trust Equation (credibility, reliability, intimacy and self-orientation), company context and the voice of the customer. Everything is set out on our Privacy & security page: what Sandi analyzes, what is stored and what Sandi never does.
Will employees feel watched?

What happens after 90 days?
You get the readout and a recommendation. If you sign, the whole pilot fee comes off year one. If you don’t, we delete your data on request.
