Months in the making

Over the past several months, our team has been quietly shaping, testing, and refining Relate. And, in the last couple weeks we’ve been working hand-in-hand with beta users who opened up their calendars, their meetings, and their feedback to help us make sure it was just right.

We’ve refined everything, from faster onboarding (our onboarding time now takes 2 minutes!) and how Sandi (our AI meeting coach) joins and analyzes meetings, to the way progress is visualized through your Trust Index dashboard. Every change was driven by one goal: helping people see what builds trust and be able to practice it in every conversation.

Now, we’re excited to bring Relate to market for everyone to try.

Relate is more than just meeting intelligence. It’s a new way to strengthen the relationships that drive performance, connection, and culture.

If you’d like to learn more about the idea that started it all, read our blog post, Why We Built Relate: Trust, AI, and a New Way to Meet. It shares a look behind the vision that inspired our journey.

Why trust matters more than ever

In an era where hybrid work, AI, and constant change define our day-to-day, trust is the one thing that still determines things like whether people enjoy their work, choose a product, collaborate with others, or stand behind a cause.

The data backs it up:

  • According to PwC, 93% of executives say the ability to build and maintain trust directly impacts the bottom line.

  • Research from AAPL shows employees at high-trust companies report 74% less stress, 50% more productivity, and 40% less burnout.

  • Enboarder shares, 94% of employees say they’re more productive when they feel connected to their colleagues.

Trust isn’t a soft skill, it’s a strategic edge. And the place it’s won or lost most often? Meetings.

Why meetings are the moment

At Relate, we believe the future of work isn’t only about more automation, it’s also about more awareness. AI serves as an opportunity to help you understand and improve your human connection, not replace it.

We shared more on this idea in our post, How an AI Communication Coach Can Help You Build Trust Without Losing Authenticity. The takeaway is simple: when AI is used thoughtfully, it doesn’t take the “human” out of communication; it helps you become more aware of how you show up, listen, and build trust in every interaction.

What makes Relate different

Relate helps you measure, understand, and grow trust in every meeting through:

  • Real-Time Coaching
Sandi, your AI meeting coach, not only analyzes each of your meetings it’s invited to, but is always available to help you prepare, reflect, and improve by offering guidance whenever you need it.

  • Post-Meeting Insights
Each conversation is analyzed across more than 50 behavioral signals, mapped to the four factors of the Trust Equation developed by Trusted Advisor Associates, helping you identify patterns, measure progress, and uncover blind spots over time.

  • Personal Growth Analytics
Your Trust Index shows where you excel and where to improve, helping you lead more authentic, effective conversations.

Our beta testers have already used Relate to improve their communication, close deals faster, improve client relationships, and transform team dynamics. And we’re just getting started.

At Relate, our mission has always been to make technology that serves humanity, not the other way around. By helping people build awareness and trust in every interaction, we believe AI can make work more meaningful, conversations more connected, and teams more human.
